Warranty Services

We provide warranty assistance for our media players and displays.

All of our media players come with a 3 year hardware warranty.
We aim to keep your hardware running longer. We offer a 5 year software warranty with option to extend software support.
All displays come with a 3 year manufacturer warranty.
The podiums and mounts are inspected before shipment and come with a 1 year warranty of any product defects.

Hardware Migrations

We’re open to the idea of working with any existing device hardware you’re team has. We’ll provide assistance with re-imaging your old x86 media players with our Screenseed OS.
