Interactive Check-in and Forms
Take your data integration in DocketVision to the next level with Visitor Check-in and Arrival Forms. The case data that you’re currently displaying on the big screen can be used to allow litigants to check in by name. Or if the visitor isn’t in your case data, request that the visitor fill out an arrival form to begin their processing. The visitor is then provided specific directions based on their courtroom location or specific need. Court staff can then sort the total visitor entries in order to organize your court hearings. Bailiffs love our visitor check-in design and capabilities.
